Ukrop’s Homestyle Foods, LLC, based in Richmond, VA, is recalling its Marinated Cucumber Salad products due to potential contamination with Salmonella,

The Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of cucumbers because of possible Salmonella contamination. Bedner Growers, Inc. of Boynton Beach, Florida voluntarily recalled the cucumbers which were sold at three markets in Florida and to a wholesale distributor.

HARTFORD, Conn. — Big Y is issuing a voluntary recall after salmonella was detected in one of its ingredients in its made-to-order kitchen sandwiches. The recall affects made-to-order subs, wraps, and paninis made and sold at multiple Big Y locations in Connecticut and Massachusetts on May 20 and May 21.

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WFSB) - Made-to-order subs, wraps, and paninis were recalled by Big Y. Big Y said the recall applies to customers who bought the items from stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The supermarket chain said the items have the potential to be contaminated with salmonella.

People who bought certain store-made Greek salads at Shaw’s supermarkets in Maine are urged to not eat them due to potential salmonella contamination.

The Federal Drug Administration announced two different tomato recalls affecting 14 states for the possible contamination of Salmonella.
