Rafael Devers had a career-high eight RBIs between the sixth and eighth innings to lead the Boston Red Sox to a 19-5 win over the visiting Baltimore Orioles in what was scheduled to be the first game of a Friday day-night doubleheader.

BOSTON — Game 2 of the Red Sox and Orioles doubleheader Friday has been postponed due to rain. It will be played Saturday at 1:05 p.m. as part of a day-night doubleheader. The second game tomorrow will start at 6:35 p.m. after it initially was scheduled for 4:10 p.m.

The Boston Red Sox acquired first baseman Ryan Noda from the Angels on in a deal for cash. Noda had been designated for assignment by the Angels.
