Days removed from trading running back Brian Robinson Jr. to the San Francisco 49ers, the Washington Commanders received a fair grade for their latest deal.

The Commanders are trading running back Brian Robinson to the San Francisco 49ers in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo and Tom Pelissero reported on Friday.

On Friday, the 49ers sent a 2026 sixth-round NFL draft choice to the Washington Commanders for running back Brian Robinson Jr. Robinson entered training camp as Washington's projected starting back for the fourth consecutive season, but the emergence of others made Robinson expendable.
