Vivian Spohr, the wife of Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr, released a statement following the death of a 24-year-old woman who was struck by a vehicle in Sardinia.

Vivian Alexandra Spohr was behind the wheel of her SUV when she hit Gaia Costa when the latter was attempting to cross the road. Gaia was using a Zebra crossing in Sardinia's Porto Cervo.

Vivian Spohr, the wife of Lufthansa CEO Carsten Spohr, said she is “at the compete disposal” of Italian judicial authorities following the death of a 24-year-old woman who was struck by a vehicle in Sardinia.
