Authorities say Elias Rodriguez, of Chicago, continued to fire on one of the two Israeli Embassy employees as she tried to crawl away.

WASHINGTON — After a couple who work for the Israeli embassy was shot and killed leaving an event at the Capital Jewish Museum late Wednesday night, Elias Rodriguez, a 31-year-old man from Chicago, was arrested.
