CHICAGO -- Colson Montgomery homered for the third straight game, and the Chicago White Sox beat the Minnesota Twins 8-0 on Sunday. Edgar Quero drove in three runs for Chicago, and Kyle Teel had three hits and two RBIs. Mike Tauchman had two hits and scored twice from the leadoff spot.

The rookie shortstop continued his incredible run, becoming the 11th youngest player in White Sox history to hit a grand slam.

Colson began his big weekend, Friday, by going 2-for-5, with his third homer of the weekend, in the Sox 9-7 opening game loss to Minnesota. For the entire weekend, Montgomery went 5-for-13, with 7 RBI, and those 3 dingers. For the season, he now has 13 bombs, along with 36 RBI, and a .230 average.
