Authorities said Jake and Rebecca Haro were arrested for suspicion of murder as investigators conducted an operation at the family's Riverside County home on Friday morning.

Tommy Pope, the lead prosecutor in the Susan Smith trial, joins "Banfield" to discuss the case of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro and the possibility of his parents' role in his disappearance. Smith was a South Carolina woman who drowned her two children in 1994 and blamed a carjacker.

The baby’s mom had stopped speaking with authorities after she was confronted with “inconsistencies” in her story.
