The Indiana Fever will look to avenge a close loss on May 20 to the Atlanta Dream with a matchup on May 22 against the same team. Indiana is 1-1 after the loss to the Dream (1-1). The Fever's Big Three of Caitlin Clark (27 points), Aliyah Boston (24) and Kelsey Mitchell (24) had a strong game, but no other Fever player scored more than six points.

Aliyah Boston had 19 points and 13 rebounds for Indiana while Kelsey Mitchell and Natasha Howard finished with 15 points.

Cunningham, now with the Fever, has been sidelined with a right ankle injury suffered in preseason, ironically, against the Dream. Though she hasn't debuted for Indiana yet, her reunion with Griner was one of the night’s highlights, proving that some bonds go beyond team colors.
