On Friday, May 23, legendary singer/songwriter Billy Joel announced on Instagram that he has been forced to cancel all of his remaining tour dates because he has recently been diagnosed with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), which is a neurological issue where fluid builds up in cavities deep inside the brain.
