The Philadelphia Eagles have signed Super Bowl championship coach Nick Sirianni to a multi-year extension. Terms of the contract announced Monday were not revealed.

The head coach was rewarded following a stretch of two Super Bowl appearances in three seasons, culminating in a victory in Super Bowl LIX.
Sirianni succeeded Doug Pederson in January 2021 following a 4-11-1 season for the Eagles, less than three years after Pederson and backup quarterback Nick Foles led the team to the franchise’s first Super Bowl title. Sirianni was the offensive coordinator for the Indianapolis Colts the previous three seasons.
