Canadian Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre reclaims his parliament seat in Alberta, winning over 80% of the vote.

After a summer of rodeos, dinosaurs and door-knocking, Pierre Poilievre is now officially heading back to Ottawa as a Conservative member of Parliament for Alberta.

Poilievre was ousted from his previously held Ottawa-area riding of Carleton in April’s federal election by Liberal MP Bruce Fanjoy.
