Moscow, Russia (AFP)-A Ukrainian drone attack killed three people, including a National Guard soldier, in the Russian city of Kursk, near the border with Ukraine, the region's acting governor said.

"In total, over the past week, there were around 1,270 drones, 39 missiles, and nearly a thousand guided bombs," President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Monday.
