Authorities in Southern California have arrested the parents of a missing 7-month-old boy as part of a murder investigation.
Tommy Pope, the lead prosecutor in the Susan Smith trial, joins "Banfield" to discuss the case of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro and the possibility of his parents' role in his disappearance. Smith was a South Carolina woman who drowned her two children in 1994 and blamed a carjacker.
