A recently released third-party app called SendAnyFile allows users to send any type of file via WhatsApp and other messaging services.

WhatsApp Business API coupled with the Cellfind LiveChat platform enables multiple agents to sign in at the same time and use a centralised dashboard and team inbox.

WhatsApp isn’t limiting access to the API based on where companies are located, it says, nor does it have requirements for those businesses – like how many messages they need to send per month.
