"Many Salesforce customers are now operating on multi-year contracts, yet too many still work in a project vs program mindset," said Nick Hamm, CEO of 10K Advisors. "We want to help change that.

The program updates, which include new a partner tiering system and specialization opportunities, take effect on March 1, San Francisco-based Salesforce said.

That includes Salesforce DX, a lightweight development environment that delivers a simple interface to leverage both of those platforms. Previously the ISV partner program only applied to Force.com.

PepUp Tech isn't funded by Salesforce, but the nonprofit does focus its training on the company's software. It can do that because Salesforce offers free online training through its Trailhead program.

But a lot has changed since then — not only at Salesforce, but also in the startup ecosystem. In order to adapt to this changing landscape, the partner program had to adapt.

Salesforce is set to acquire Regrello, enhancing its agentic process automation capabilities by integrating AI-driven workflows with Agentforce and Slack to streamline enterprise operations.
