Sometimes remixes are better than the original and that certainly seems to be the case with the new limited edition Skin Fetish: Xtreme Cyber Orchid Highlighter + Balm Duo, £55, by Pat McGrath Labs.

Her latest, called Skin Fetish 003, is a set of highlighters and her most exciting launch to date. The kits come in two colors, golden and nude, with a highlighter and balm duo and powder.

Pat is now offering up the tools, so that you can be the makeup artist and create a bespoke highlighter look on your own. When asked how to mix these formulas, she replied: "Anything you want.
