OpenAI is bringing its o1 model to its API — and introducing other, related developer-focused improvements across its product portfolio.

OpenAI announced during a livestream today that the new o1 model would bring back many of the "core features you've been missing" from the API during o1-preview.

At its inaugural LlamaCon AI developer conference on Tuesday, Meta announced an API for its Llama series of AI models: the Llama API.
