So i am urgent looking for a reliable solution which help to recover and restore .mdf file of SQL server. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Move the LDF and MDF files to where you want them (with your other SQL Server databases perhaps) or leave them where they are. Open the SQL Server Enterprise Manager. Navigate down to your SQL server.
