Like the old Paint, Paint 3D is lacking when it comes to basic photo editing tools like brightness, contrast, and color tuning. You can still draw on images, rotate them, and crop them, however.

Of course, the issue with Paint is the same it always has been – it won’t make you a good artist. So, while your doodles are in 3D, they’re only as good as you can make them.
