The letter said the neighborhood’s ZIP code will change from 75068, largely recognized as Little Elm, Lakewood Village and Oak Point by the Postal Service, to 75033, which is recognized as Frisco.
The City of Frisco is growing so fast; they need an extra ZIP code. On July 1 more than 10,000 people and 400 businesses will start using the new 75033 ZIP code.

But some places don't yet recognize the new zip code of 75033 while others -- including the local post office branch -- don't always recognize the old zip code of 75034.
