Notepad saves a file in .txt format. By using Print to PDF and Save As options, you can save it as PDF and HTML in Windows 11/10.

In order to make the list easy-to-edit, I created a BAT file that opens the HTML page with Notepad ready to be edited. Here's what Denis' todo.html file looks like.
