Microsoft is integrating Python into its Excel app. A public preview is available for Microsoft 365 subscribers now and all the Python code runs on the Microsoft Cloud.
It will be interesting to see how Python’s integration into Excel works out. It’s a very specialized, cloud-hosted, and seemingly containerized and secured code offering.
Some members of the Microsoft 365 Insiders program can now try out the combination of Python, Excel and the Anaconda Python repository.
