Cambridge City Councilor Paul Toner, who is accused of paying for commercial sex multiple times at a local brothel, announced Monday that he will not seek re-election.

Paul Toner was among more than two dozen men charged with buying sex from a brothel that operated out of apartments in Cambridge and Watertown.
