CONCORD, N.C. — William Byron overcame a pit road speeding penalty and passed Justin Allgaier in overtime to win Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. It is his fifth career Xfinity victory and first since Phoenix in November 2017 — a span of 10 starts for the Cup Series regular.
