HSBC, which has been a longtime and notable sponsor on the DP World Tour, has penned an partnership with LIV Golf.

LIV Golf and HSBC announced a multi-year partnership on Thursday that will see the London-headquartered bank become the official international banking partner of the Saudi-backed league and sponsor two of its 13 teams.

Notably, while this is LIV’s first partnership with HSBC, the world banking giant has several pre-existing ties to the golf world. HSBC sponsors major tournaments such as The Open, the AIG Women’s Open, and the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship.
