A truck driver from the California city of Stockton, who is at the center of a major case getting national attention, has been extradited back to Florida.

Stockton trucker Harjinder Singh faces deportation after a Florida crash killed three; he waived extradition and will return to face charges.

Florida Lt. Gov. Jay Collins flew to California Thursday to personally extradite a deadly crash suspect back to Florida.
