Ford is recalling nearly 694,721 examples of 2020-2022 Escape and 2021-2024 Bronco Sport models. The recall report cites a fuel injector that was equipped on 1.5-liter-powered Bronco Sport and Escape crossovers that could crack and cause a fire. The recall report says that only 0.3% of vehicles is affected by this defect.
China is set to get an EREV and EV version of the Ford Bronco. Unfortunately, American buyers likely won't see this car, as it's built in China.
