TERCEIRA, Azores (WKRC) - An engine problem midflight on a Delta Air Lines flight forced the plane to make an emergency landing on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on Sunday.
The E-6B aircraft provides the National Command Authority with "survivable, reliable, and endurable" nuclear command.
